WINDSOR — Investigators say a fire that gutted a 118-year-old flour mill in northern Colorado was arson.
The Fort Collins Coloradoan reports the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives announced its findings Sunday after the Aug. 6 fire at the mill in Windsor.
Windsor is about 60 miles (90 kilometers) north of Denver. No one was injured in the fire.
Investigators haven't identified any suspects or a motive. They have offered a $10,000 reward for information.
The mill's owner, Blue Ocean Enterprises of Fort Collins, was in the process of converting it into space for a brewpub and other businesses.
The company said it has been cooperating with the investigation.
