Victim ID'd in Colorado Springs townhome shooting death

A man found shot to death in an east Colorado Springs townhome over the weekend has been identified as 33-year-old Colorado Springs resident Felipe Garcia. Garcia is the city's 15th homicide of the year, Colorado Springs police said. Police have not named a suspect in the shooting but said Monday all individuals involved are accounted for. As of Wednesday, there still had not been any arrests, police said. Details about the shooting remain sparse. Garcia's body was found about 2:30 p.m. Sunday at 2005 North Academy Boulevard, a rented townhome in the Georgetown Square complex, but neighbors said no one by that name lived in the house.
